FAMOUS author and illustrator David McIntosh will be joining the Droitwich History and Archaeology Society on Wednesday (May 3) for the group’s latest event.
David’s illustrated talk ‘A Tale of three Steam Locomotives’ takes place at 7.30pm in the John Corbett Room of Droitwich Community Hall.
It will explore subject of steam locomotives, trains and the history of the railways.
A spokesperson for the group said: “David McIntosh is a new speaker for our society and we expect this talk to be very popular.”
Admission is £2 for members and £4 for visitors.
Members should be aware subscriptions are now due at £10 per person or family.
