AFTER running the Galleria Italiana for eight years, Faust, Curtis and Romano wanted a new challenge and finally found a restaurant that matched their criteria.
With the Bullocks building having been constructed in the mid 16th century, the three said they discovered somewhere enriched in history but with a very modern feel to act upon and bring to the forefront of the restaurant.
Faust, Curtis and Romano, who took over the business two years ago, have a combined total of 30 years between them in the restaurant industry.
They said: “We love the contrast between the exterior and interior.
“With the tearoom having been re-designed into a wine and cocktail bar, along with our outstanding artwork from Leanne Christie, you really do get the best of both.”
“From breakfast to dinner and coffee to cocktails we will continue to offer the people of Droitwich the perfect place to enjoy themselves.
“Why not come down, pay us a visit and try out our new-look restaurant for yourselves?”
The restaurant is open from 10am to 3pm and then 6pm to 10pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm and 6pm to 10pm on Saturday and from 9am to 4pm on Sunday.
It is closed on Monday.
