FOOD at Webbs, based in Wychbold, has collaborated with Herefordshire cider-maker Tom Oliver to develop a uniquely crafted cider.
The cider called ‘Eureka!’ has been crafted by fermenting bittersweet cider apples using wild yeasts that naturally occur at Tom’s cider house in Ocle Pychard.
A spokesperson for Food at Webbs, said: “Eureka! is a unique blend of traditional Herefordshire cider apples and classic juicy eaters that celebrates the Midlands’ rich apple heritage.”
The drink is on sale now in the food hall at Food at Webbs.
