More About the Worcester Racecourse
The Worcester Racecourse is run by the Arena Racing Company, a respected organisation that operates 16 high-quality courses across England. Due to regular flooding at the nearby River Severn, the course is closed during the winter months. It has been open for more than 300 years and hosts more than 20 National Hunt races a year.
In addition to the standard events, there are numerous places where visitors can place bets on-site at the Worcester Racecourse, including independent bookmakers around the course and betting shops. All of the bookmakers are licensed, which means that they operate in accordance with the Gambling Commission’s rules about player safety.
For anyone new to betting, it’s wise to be educated about the sport and betting operators before the first wager is placed. For example, the King Casino Bonus conflict resolution processes are particularly helpful to research, as they provide ample advice on addressing problems if they are ever to arise.
So with this in mind, it’s time to start planning a visit to the historic Worcester Racecourse. Just a short drive out of Droitwich, several more racing events stretch into the autumn months, not to mention two weekends of themed festive fun over Christmas.
