A YOUNG Droitwich girl has been showing off her artistic talents, making it through to the final of a national drawing competition.
Paige Rawlings came up with dastardly villain, One-Eyed-Jack, as part of Flaming Grill’s Cartoon Villain competition.
If she wins, she will earn a day at the design studio that will bring One-Eyed-Jack to life, along with a year’s subscription to her favourite comic and a family meal at Flaming Grill.
The character will appear in the children’s menus at 146 pubs across the UK, including the Castle Hotel on Worcester Road.
The budding creator described the character as the most scheming villain of all after giving him the power to turn good to evil.
Hayley Rawlings, Paige’s mum, said Paige loved to draw, adding she was really excited about the competition and had been checking the votes page regularly.
Haley also said: “She had a great time coming up with One-Eyed-Jack’s look, back-story and what his special powers would be to take on Grill Bill.
“I am really proud she has made it this far and look forward to see how the voting pans out.”
