A CHANCE to connect with nature and improve wellbeing through creativity has sprouted in Droitwich as the town’s arts network gears up to host its free Wellness Day.
Droitwich Arts Network is inviting residents to take part in simple art activities with natural materials to help them connect with the environment and boost mental wellbeing.
Among the activities includes pebble painting, bark rubbing, Mendala colouring, memory boxes, and positive affirmations.
The Wellness Day will be hosted at the Droitwich Arts Network Hub in St Andrews Square from 10am to 2pm on Thursday, October 10.
As a whole the day aims to raise awareness of mental health and explore how art and creativity can help benefit.
A DAN spokesperson said: “Come along for a day of creation for mindfulness and wellbeing.”
