A CARE home in Droitwich had dazzled residents and the community with a vibrant firework display on Bonfire Night.
Organisers of Dorset House Nursing Home’s festivities described the event as an ‘unforgettable evening filled with community, warmth, and joy.’
Chefs Marion and Karen served up classic fireworks-night fare, including mouth-watering burgers and hotdogs, and received compliments.
At the drinks stall, Lifestyle Coordinator Lisa kept spirits high, serving hot chocolate complete with marshmallows and cream, keeping everyone toasty and content.
The event was made even more memorable by the presence of Tom Hutton, Chief Financial Officer, and Sharen Guise, Chief Operating Officer.
Tom Hutton took charge of lighting the fireworks display, a highlight of the evening. At the same time, Sharen ensured everyone was having fun, embodying the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
In addition to the fireworks, Dorset House celebrated National Hug a Bear Day with a fun game of “Guess the Teddy’s Name.”
