Food meant for foodbank stolen from Droitwich church

Droitwich Editorial 9th Oct, 2014 Updated: 17th Oct, 2016   0

FOOD donations collected for the Droitwich Foodbank were stolen from a church in Hampton Lovett.

The items, worth about £15, were taken from the plastic box which had been left in the porch of the St Marys and All Saints Church so people could drop off foodstuffs.

It happened at some point between 9am on September 24 and 9am on September 27.

Anyone with any information on the theft should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
