A GYM in Droitwich is offering a free 12 week weight loss programme for residents in the district.
CrossFit Fauna is excited to announce the launch of its programme – running from November 4 to February 7 – aimed at improving the health and well-being of local residents.
The fully-funded initiative, delivered in partnership with local GP surgeries and the Primary Care Network, offers a unique opportunity for individuals to access professional fitness and nutritional support without financial barriers.
The programme is tailored to support those with a BMI of 30+ or weight-related health issues, helping them achieve sustainable weight loss through personalized fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, and group workshops.
It also aims to foster a sense of community, encouraging participants to take control of their health in a supportive environment.
Participants can self-refer or request a referral through their GP’s Social Prescribing team. With spaces limited, the programme is expected to have a significant impact on the health of the community.
Reece, founder of CrossFit Fauna, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be the only gym in the area offering this service in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Our goal is to help people in our community lead healthier, happier lives.”
The gym hopes to launch a second group on January 6.
