IF YOU go down to Wychbold First and Nursery School on Wednesday (June 4) you will be sure of a big surprise.
A Teddy Bears’ Picnic – which everyone is invited to – takes place at 1pm.
Those who go are urged to take along their favourite teddies to enjoy an afternoon of activities, including making party hats, decorating biscuits and singing teddy songs and rhymes.
Headteacher Rachel Hughes said she could not wait to meet all the bears in the local area.
“This is a great opportunity for local mums, dads and grandparents to bring their young children or grandchildren along to our nursery, tour the school and feed their teddy bears in our wonderful outdoor area.”
For those who cannot attend the afternoon picnic, the school will also be open between 6pm and 7pm for visits.
