A SPATE of burglaries in Ombersley and Hadley has sparked warnings from the police for residents to be more vigilant.
In the last couple of weeks the number of homes targeted in the village has risen to double figures.
Police have said among the items taken were power tools and garden and golf equipment.
People are urged to make sure their homes are secure and valuable items are marked.
