A WINE-TASTING evening is being held in Droitwich to raise funds for the campaign to save the town’s Brine Baths.
The event takes place at St Andrews Town Hotel at 7.30pm next Friday (February 20).
Tickets, which are £15, are available by calling 01905 774871 or 01905 776334.
The venue is also offering an ‘early bird supper’ beforehand – from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
The event follows on from a quiz night last month which was hailed a great success after 80 people went along and £600 was raised.
Stephanie Vale, spokesperson for campaign group Save Our Brine Baths (SOBBS), said: “The local tradespeople, as keen as we are to see a brine bath back in Droitwich, did us proud, donating some truly wonderful raffle prizes.”
