Dodderhill School is celebrating after their under-16 netball squad finished as runners-up at the ISA National Netball Championships.
The school’s under-14 squad also managed to come away with a fifth place finish out of 10 in their age group.
Earlier this month, 10 schools from all over the country travelled to Malvern St James School for the competition and the girls who took part were awarded medals from England international netballer, Eboni Beckford-Chambers.
Lucy Cassidy, head of PE at Dodderhill School, said: “The girls played outstanding netball all day, beating some tough competition including local rivals Heathfield in the group stages.
“Sport is an important part of life at Dodderhill School and we’re so proud of the girls for their fantastic achievement.”
