Previous league leaders The Pillar of Salt dropped to second following their 5-4 defeat to Salty Balls while The Pillar of Dreams remain in the title hunt after their 6-3 victory over Fox and Goose.
After their 8-1 demise last week, The Hop Pole Green Army got back to winning ways, running out 7-2 winners against Westcroft Arms who sit in fourth, three points ahead of Star Asbo who beat The Barley Mow 6-3.
Elsewhere, the only two teams without a league win this season battled it out with The Freemasons finishing the match on the right side of a 5-4 scoreline against The Dovey who now prop up the table.
